See, what Home Treatment Team should have told me about the stress releieving qualities of playdough, is that If you mould it in to little models of all those you most despise-marketing people from college, jobcentre plus employees (particulary the one who must have failed the 'click payment realise button' course) and then throw then really hard out of the window/stamp on then/stick pins in them/flatten to pulp-
they arent many thing that are more satisfying!
also, i think i might have beheaded the garden gnome again by throwing the bloody stuff out of window!

Okay, the pain in my knee is the front left hand side of my knee cap, it hurts when I walk and when I run. It feels stiff and more painful when I've been sitting with my knees bent.
