Jobcentre 'Plus'

 In England, the benefit system is (apparantly/badly/inexplicably-take your pic) run by a government company called 'Jobcentre Plus'.

A few years ago-strangley the same time the ministry for agriculture, fisheries and food (maff) mysteriously became defra in the mother of all cover ups (well, it was either that or admit how very wrong they were about foot and mouth disease!), Jobcentre, was reborn as Jobcenntre plus...

Plus what exactly...?

Plus a caring, helpful attitude?
Plus a  prompt and efficient service?
Plus actual help?
Plus an understanding, that actually, a lot of people do not want to be claiming benefit, and do not need to be berated that little more
Plus, erm benefit?
Plus a complaints system that actually responds?


cos if thats what the 'plus' means, i think a lot of staff failed their training...
