So I spent ALL day at the jobcentre trying to get them to sort my payments out, and got home to a letter telling me there is a 'strong possibility' that my Uni offer for st Georges is going to be withdrawn-as my doctor was late returning the medical forms and missed the deadline.
I gave it to him a month before the due date, and it got lost whilst the practice was moving premises. I know these things happen. BUT FOR FUCK SAKE.
after all of this, i cannot lose my place due to this.

I would call and talk to someone at the university about this--it's not your fault that the dr lost the forms and you shouldn't be penalized for it. I had similar things happen when I was applying for schools and I think it makes a difference if you actually call and talk to someone and explain.
