just phoned out of hours service who accused me of lying-about the fact that i have written complaint letters and never had a reply, and to top it all-the real icing on the cake-
'maybe you cant get the courtcase out of you rmind because you have a guilty conscience'

Vics, that's a horrible thing for them to say. You have absolutely nothing to feel guilty about.
It's really saddening to hear about the lack of support for you, and the lack of adequate support people when it is given to you. I don't understand why they'd discharge you lke that when you obviously need a lot more than you're getting right now.
