well this is a new special kind of hell....i have never been so dehydrated in my life. and its 32 degrees and boiling hot. and i still only get 6 teeny glasses of ater a day.this is coming from someone who drinks at least 6 litres a day. dont give me the lecture about drinking too much-i know it with cherries on top. however, it is a physical problem-im over sensitive to all the signals of thirst, due to a bit of a body glitch. and this is killing me.
other than that, despite the fact im a voluntary patient, ive been told ai cannot leave the ward. its 32 degrees and the heating is on in my room, cos they cant turn it off. this is HELL
and well, yknow, then there sthe eating part.
